MUBADALA WORLD TENNIS ABU DHABI CHAMPIONSHIP CAN YOU BEAT THE CHAMPIONS? SERVING COMPETITION
Held annually in December within the impressive Zayed Sports City, the Mubadala World Tennis Championship, is proving to be the people’s favourite sporting and social event in Abu Dhabi. Offering an unrivalled experience on and off the court! as well as being the most popular tennis tournament, in the Middle East. Featuring 10 of the world’s top tennis players’ this years winners were Rafael Nadal for a record 5th time and Maria Sharapova. Previous legendary winners during its 11 years include Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Venus Williams. To fully engage fans there is an amazing Tennis Village, which invites families to engage with the players. The centrepiece being the Sports Tennis Simulator, where the top 2 players Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic’s serves are accurately measured, on the Abu Dhabi Simulated Arena. The visitors to the Tournament are then encouraged to attempt to beat the Champions fastest serves. Other activities include games for children, food, beverages, live music, star player autograph signing sessions, question and answer sessions – creating fun, festival vibes across all 3 days!
