Delia Smith has recently cut the ribbon, at the opening of the new NCFC Fan Hub, offering a “fully immersing supporter experience” On-Hand to sign autographs were the latest summer arrivals, to delight fans and ensure huge publicity for the new facility. CEO Ben Kensell “The new hub fullfills a vision for the club, to have a home in the heart of the city. We always saw it as a one-stop where supporters can get everything they need, but also have an experience. We have to be a Premier League Club both on the pitch and off it; this is a big part of that giving fans a facility they can be proud of.” The Football Store is split into two with the top floor run by Intersport and the bottom floor run by Norwich City FC. By installing a large plasma, fans can review the last games performance. The Surround Football Simulator ensures fans can experience the thrill of actually playing, over 30 game challenges inside the Carrow Rd Stadium. Players can relax out-of-hours practising free kicks, corners or on the Racing Simulators drive around the world’s top Formula One and Rallying Tracks.
