New Zealand National is used for Cricket matches, by the National team. The Sky Stadium regularly hosts the National Rugby and Football teams, Rugby Union, Sevens, Rugby League, Twenty20 and AFL matches.

Auckland is used for Cricket matches, by one of the top teams in the New Zealand league. Eden Park hosted 2011 and 1987 Rugby World Cup, the 2015 Cricket World Cup, it hosts Rugby League and some Football.
