Wales National is used for regular International matches for the National rugby team's matches. The Millennium Stadium hosted the 2012 Summer Olympics, the 2007 and 1997 Rugby World Cup Finals.

Cardiff is used for regular team rugby, by one of the best teams in the Celtic Pro 12 league; located in Cardiff. The Cardiff City Stadium regularly hosting football matches, in the English football league.

Llanelli North is used by a top team in the Welsh Rugby Premier league, who have been one of the most successful teams. The Parc y Scarlets is also used for one of the top teams, in the Celtic Pro 12 League.

Llanelli South is used for regular team rugby, by one of the best teams in the Celtic Pro 12 league. The Parc y Scarlets hosts games in the Anglo-Welsh Cup and the European Rugby Champions Cup.

Swansea is used for regular team rugby, by one of the best teams in the Celtic Pro 12 league; located in Swansea. The Liberty Stadium also regularly hosts football games, in the English football league.
